This Refund and Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or returns may be available and the procedures for requesting them. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by this policy.

2. Agreement for the Project

For any project-based services, an Agreement for the Project will be executed between Infoble and the client prior to the commencement of work. This Agreement details the project scope, milestones, pricing, timelines, and cancellation terms. Refunds and returns for any project are governed by the terms specified in the Agreement for the Project. By confirming your order or project with Infoble, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined in both this policy and the project agreement.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services and Project-Based Refunds

• Cancellation Before Work Begins:
  If you decide to cancel the project before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable fees as outlined in the project agreement.
• Cancellation After Work Commences:
  For cancellations made after project work has started, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed. Any work already delivered is considered non-refundable.
• Change in Project Scope:
  Requests for changes or additional work during a project may incur additional charges. Refunds related to scope changes will be subject to separate evaluation per the Agreement for the Project.

3.2 Digital Products, Tools, and Subscription Services

• Digital Products and Tools:
  Due to the nature of digital goods, once access is granted or digital products are downloaded, they are generally non-refundable. In cases where technical issues prevent proper access or functionality, please contact us within 02 days so that we may review your situation.
• Subscription Services:
  Subscriptions for ongoing digital services are billed according to the terms specified during sign-up. Refunds for an already billed period will not be provided. Any cancellation of subscriptions should be done in accordance with the cancellation procedures outlined in your subscription agreement.

4. Return Policy

4.1 Digital Goods

• Non-Returnable Nature:
  Digital products, software tools, and similar offerings cannot be returned due to their intangible nature. Once delivered, access or download is considered final.

4.2 Physical Products

• Physical Items (if applicable):
  Should Infoble offer physical products (such as printed materials or hardware support tools), returns are accepted within 06 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

4.3 Service-Related Returns

• Project Services:
  Services provided by Infoble (including IT and digital marketing services) are non-returnable. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues based on the guidelines set in your Agreement for the Project.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding your refund or return request, please contact us in writing at info@infoble.in, We will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably and in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in your project agreement and our Terms and Conditions. Should a resolution not be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration or in the appropriate legal venue as described in our Terms and Conditions.

6. Changes to This Policy

Infoble reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
